More than 40 pupils from Kwaman Methodist School and Patoako Basic School have received school uniforms through a donation by the Assembly Member for the Kwaman Electoral Area, Hon. Ebenezer Annobil.
The donation, made on Monday, June 15, 2026, is aimed at supporting underprivileged pupils and easing the financial burden on parents and guardians within the community.
The beneficiaries, drawn from the two schools, were presented with new school uniforms to help improve their learning experience and boost their confidence in the classroom.
Speaking during the presentation, Hon. Annobil emphasized the importance of investing in the education and welfare of children, describing it as a crucial step toward building a brighter future for the community.
He noted that every child deserves the opportunity to pursue education with dignity, regardless of their family's financial circumstances.
The gesture was warmly received by school authorities, parents, and community members, who commended the Assembly Member for his commitment to supporting education and child development in the area.

Teachers from the beneficiary schools expressed gratitude for the intervention, stating that the uniforms would not only relieve parents of additional expenses but also encourage regular school attendance among the pupils.
For many of the children, the donation represented more than just new clothing. It served as a symbol of care, encouragement, and hope, reinforcing the message that the community remains invested in their success.
The initiative reflects Hon. Annobil’s ongoing efforts to promote educational development and improve the welfare of residents within the Kwaman Electoral Area.
