The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the release of the 2025 Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results.
In a directive signed by Acting Deputy Director-General (Q&A), Dr. Munawaru Issahaque, GES instructed all Regional Directors of Education to communicate the development to District Directors and Heads of schools.
The Service stressed that admission of students must strictly follow the official placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat. It warned that no school is permitted to admit students outside the placement system without prior written approval from GES.
According to the directive, students who have been placed are expected to report to their respective schools on October 18, 2025. Heads of schools have also been tasked to ensure that registration is conducted smoothly in line with the provided guidelines.
GES further cautioned that any breach of the directive, including unauthorised admissions, will attract administrative sanctions.
Regional and District Directors have been directed to provide supervisory support to ensure full compliance.
The statement emphasised that the cooperation of all stakeholders is crucial to guarantee a transparent and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year.
